Associate/Senior Associate (Third Party Payroll)

This role is on a Third Party Contract Role.

This role is based out of Powai, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and process employee medical reimbursement claims against supporting bills and policy guidelines.
• Handle employee queries related to medical claims and operations through email and phone calls, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain and prepare MIS reports to support medical operations and claim tracking.
• Review claim documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing and closure of medical reimbursement requests.
• Utilize MS Excel, Outlook, and other operational tools to manage records, reporting, and employee communication effectively.

Skill Set Requirement:

• Medical related knowledge
• MS office (Excel/outlook Knowledge)
• Good Communication skills (written & oral)
