Associate/Senior Associate - IT Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT professional to manage day-to-day IT operations, user access, IT assets, data management, and technical support to ensure smooth functioning across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user account creation, modification, and deactivation, including email and system access.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, allocation, tracking, handovers, and returns.
• Handle routine hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Manage IT records, software licences, warranties, and asset documentation.
• Coordinate IT requirements for employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Monitor data backups and follow IT security and access-control policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT support, repairs, maintenance, and procurement.
• Maintain updated IT trackers and ensure timely resolution of employee IT requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT operations, IT administration, or asset management.
• Knowledge of Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and user access management.
• Experience in IT asset tracking, inventory management, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good problem-solving, communication, organisational, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, or IT helpdesk tools.
• Experience managing IT operations across multiple office locations.
• Experience with IT asset management tools, helpdesk ticketing systems, or inventory management software.
• Exposure to IT audits, software compliance, asset lifecycle management, and IT policy documentation.
