About this role
- Hands-on experience across Upstream Processing, Primary Downstream Processing, and Drug Substance manufacturing, including end to end technology transfer support.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate unit operation details with cross functional teams (CFTs) and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Proven track record of supporting exhibit batch execution, including development scale up batches, clinical trial (CT) material, and Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) batches, with a strong focus on ensuring batch to batch consistency, process robustness, and successful technology transfer.
- Thorough understanding of raw materials, resins and consumables used in down-stream operations and preparation of Specifications and testing procedures, performance of use test for bulk release for downstream manufacturing requirements.
- Hands on experience on protein purification, chromatography, TFF, buffers and reagents preparation
- Maintenance of lab equipment and logbooks
- Basic understanding of data analysis pertaining to downstream processing.
- Work planning and able to take decision related to daily work.
- Writing of Tech transfer documents including R&D technical documentation, raw material specifications, and justification of specification. Preparation of SOPs, MOAs and development reports and method transfer to other lab
