Incremental Sales & Revenue Generation

o Drive incremental sales and achieve assigned revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. o Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned regions or channels. o To maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to ensure sustained growth in order bookings. 2. Customer Relationship Management

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

o Address customer queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery. o CRM to be used extensively for detailed Data Management regarding updated Customer Data, Tracking Customer Interactions, generating insights for potential opportunities/threats & corrective/preventive actions .

o Develop & implement Customer Loyalty & Retention-Conduct Customer Trainings, Factory Visit & Product Presentations New Business Generation

o To ensure new Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

o To ensure Customer Conversion of Potential Customers through Cold Calls, Emails, Social Media, In person Visits.

o To generate high quality Leads through Networking, Referrals, Digital Marketing Channels. 3. Sales Process Execution o Execute the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure in alignment with company standards.

o Ensure timely proposal submissions, quotations, and order follow ups to achieve business objectives. o Coordination with Production, Logistics, Inventory Teams to ensure Timely delivery.

o Provide Aftersales Support Installation Guidance & Troubleshooting
