• Age: 21- 27 years

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Confident and professionally presentable personality
• Willingness to work in a sales-oriented role
• Comfortable working with business targets

Starting Salary: 43,000+ In-Hand per month

Initially candidates need to attend the training session, then first month of salary will be released.

In addition to the fixed salary, candidates will be eligible for attractive performance-based incentives, depending on individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate banking products
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Cross-sell relevant banking and financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Work effectively in a target-driven environment

Interview & Selection Process :

The selection process will consist of the following rounds:

Round 1: HR Interview
Initial screening and assessment of communication, personality, career interest and overall suitability.

Round 2: Assessment Test
Evaluation of candidates on relevant skills and behavioral competencies.

Round 3: Aptitude Test
Assessment of logical reasoning, numerical ability and other relevant aptitude parameters.

Round 4: First-Level Interview
Detailed discussion regarding the candidate's suitability for the Associate Manager role, sales orientation and customer-handling abilities.

Round 5: Final Round Head HR
Final evaluation and discussion with the Head of HR.
