Associate Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to grow our HORECA / Food Service business.

The person will be responsible for meeting customers, finding new customers, taking orders and growing sales in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, QSRs, Caterers and other food service customers.
• Meet Chefs, Purchase Managers, Restaurant Owners and other customers.
• Find new customers and bring new business.
• Explain products to customers and arrange samples or product trials when required.
• Take orders and follow up with customers regularly.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up for payments and outstanding amounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Check competitor products and prices in the market.
• Work with distributors to ensure products are available with customers.
• Share regular sales and market updates with the manager.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 -8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Food, FMCG, HORECA or Food Service.
• Experience in Hotels, Restaurants, QSRs, Catering or Institutional Sales will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Should be comfortable with daily market visits and meeting customers.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Should be willing to travel within the assigned market.
• Should be comfortable working with sales targets.
• Freshers with strong interest in Sales may also be considered.
