Associate Sales Manager - Branch Banking

Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Sales Manager for our Branch Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a team of sales executives, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance for upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistency in service delivery.
