Role Description This full-time Associate Sales Consultant role is based on-site in Gurugram. The Associate Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining policy features and benefits, addressing customer queries, and supporting customers through the purchase process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and working with internal teams to drive conversions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires consistently meeting sales targets while adhering to compliance, quality, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Sales Consulting and Consulting activities, including needs analysis and solution-based recommendations.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a customer-first mindset and responsiveness.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Comfort working in a target-driven sales environment, with basic understanding of insurance or financial products preferred.
• Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles in financial services, e-commerce, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools and online platforms.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; professional certifications in insurance or finance are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with flexibility for rotational shifts if required.
