Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve interview or focus group assessments.
- Writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires.
- Using statistical software to manage and organize information.
- Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.
- Writing detailed reports and presenting results.
- Collect, organize; and analyse detailed data using statistical tools and techniques.
- Using qualitative analysis tools such as Porter's Five Forces analysis and SWOT analysis to represent the market dynamics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in market research, business research, or consulting.
- Familiarity with primary & secondary research techniques and basic market research concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
