Role & responsibilities

The ARM is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth across Model 1 (High Value Business Sourcing) and Model 2 (Lead-Based Acquisition) within assigned cities. The ARM will manage Branch Managers, ensure adherence to channel strategy, and deliver productivity targets while maintaining compliance and persistency
