About Talent Acquisition team:

Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting top talent from networking & telecom industry, recruiting them to build world class products in both wireline & wireless sectors. This team develop multiple strategies to source great talent, manage job postings, initiate interviews in collaboration with technical team. The ultimate goal is to ensure a strong candidate experience while aligning talent within the organization long term objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with managers/business leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
• Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
• Work with managers on JD creation, develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media tools as well as job boards.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
• An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, ability to learn quickly.

Mandatory Skills:

• 1+ years’ experience in recruiting for product companies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search such as X-ray, Boolean etc.
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS, databases.

Desired Skills:

• Power BI representation of hiring reports.
• Should be good at maintain excel reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
• Education: MBA (HR) or any other equivalent degree
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
