Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
1. Facility scouting and identification of suitable properties as per operational requirements
2. Coordinating with brokers, landlords, developers and other external stakeholders
3. Commercial negotiation covering rent, security deposit, escalation, lock-in, fit-out period and other lease terms
4. Supporting lease and agreement drafting, review and closure
5. Handling landlord and stakeholder escalations and ensuring timely resolution
6. Preparing property comparison sheets and commercial evaluations
7. Conducting site visits and evaluating properties against operational and technical requirements
8. Coordinating with Operations, Legal, Finance, Projects and other internal teams for facility closure
9. Maintaining the real estate pipeline, property database and related documentation
10. Supporting property due diligence and verification of relevant documents
11. Tracking lease milestones, renewals, commercial commitments and contractual requirements
12. Assisting in cost benchmarking and identifying opportunities for commercial optimisation
13. Preparing basic MIS and reports using MS Excel
