To support Tesco Business Solutions in ensuring accuracy of range and product information on the website, resolve queries and requests actioned with utmost accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed critical metrics
• Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
• Responsible for ranging for fulfilment centres
• Leading the grocery query mailbox and prioritising the queries as the need arises in line with agreed processes
• Responsible for Taxonomy & Trading
• Mapping requested products into the right categories and working cross functionally to resolve issues
• Running Excel/VBA based Substitution Algorithms on a weekly basis and resolving issues if any
