Associate R&D Engineer - Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end product development, including concept, design, testing, and validation.
• Assist in the design and simulation of power electronics systems.
• Develop and test control algorithms for power converters.
• Assist in firmware development for embedded controllers.
• Support hardware development, including schematic design, component selection, and PCB review.
• Perform lab testing, debugging, and performance validation.

Required Qualifications:

• M.Tech in Power Electronics or related disciplines with 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of power electronics converters, power semiconductor devices, and control theory.
• Basic understanding of analog electronics.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.Tech in Power Electronics.
• Exposure to simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, or LTspice.
• Knowledge of Embedded C/C++ and 32-Bit Microcontrollers/DSPs.
