Quality Assurance Associate - IN
Job Summary
Deliver high-quality audit support by consistently achieving production, accuracy, and QC effectiveness targets. Ensure compliance with quality standards, identify process gaps, and support team performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Responsibilities
- Production Quality Excellence Consistently meet daily production targets within SLA timelines while maintaining 100% accuracy, high QC effectiveness, and minimal error leakage across all assigned processes.
- Quality Assurance Process Compliance Conduct quality checks and peer reviews, identify and escalate process deviations, and ensure strict adherence to defined quality frameworks and standard QC guidelines.
- Team Support Continuous Improvement Provide on-ground query resolution and knowledge sharing, maintain full process versatility, and actively engage in calibration sessions, training, and team meetings to drive consistency and growth.

- University (Degree) Preferred
