Associate - Property Purchase - UK

Job Responsibility:

• Identify and acquire new hotel/property opportunities in UK markets.
• Engaging with UK owners and agents;
• Conduct market research and evaluate properties based on business viability, location, competition, and growth potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Generate leads through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, referrals, and broker channels.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and business agreements with property owners.
• Manage the end-to-end property acquisition process, from lead generation and initial discussions to negotiations, deal closure, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Business teams for smooth property onboarding.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial evaluations, and feasibility assessments for potential properties.
• Track the acquisition pipeline, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to overall portfolio growth and revenue targets.

Location - Gurgaon

UK Shift - 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST
