We are looking for dynamic and experienced Associate Project Managers who can successfully manage and drive multidisciplinary design projects from initial concept development through to final delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in the planning, design, and delivery of buildings and infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, construction schedules, and execution strategies.
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure progress as per the approved project schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to achieve project milestones.
• Identify project delays, execution issues, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track project progress against planned targets and report deviations.
• Mandatory Middle East project experience, including exposure to the design and delivery of large-scale buildings and infrastructure projects within the region.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Typically 8-18 years of experience in construction project execution or project coordination, depending on project complexity.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, quantity estimation, and site management.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQs, contracts, and billing procedures.
• MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• AutoCAD for drawing review and coordination.
• MS Project or Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
