About The Role

We are looking for an ownership-driven Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of eCommerce and software projects.

This is a hands-on delivery role, not just coordination. You should be able to understand requirements, identify gaps and edge cases, document solutions, manage clients, and drive projects to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand client requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Prepare SRS, BRD, user stories, and project documentation.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, validations, dependencies, and risks.
• Plan tasks, timelines, priorities, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with Developers, QA, and clients throughout the project.
• Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, and change requests.
• Track blockers and ensure timely resolution and delivery.
• Support UAT, releases, go-live, and post-live activities.
• Take complete ownership of project delivery from requirement to closure.

Technical Understanding

Coding Is Not Required, But Candidates Should Understand

• APIs & integrations
• Frontend/backend workflows
• Databases & data flow
• SDLC, QA, UAT & deployment
• Shopify/eCommerce platforms
  
  

Preferred Experience

• 3–4 years in IT services, software delivery, or eCommerce.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Experience with BRD/SRS/user stories.
• Experience working with Developers and QA.
• Shopify/eCommerce project experience is preferred.
