PegaSystems is seeking Client Success Journey Designers who partner with executives and product/delivery teams to design and realize measurable client outcomes. You will blend strategy, service design, strong negotiation, and storytelling to align stakeholders, shape outcome-led roadmaps, and guide squads from vision to valueensuring adoption, satisfaction, and sustained impact.

- Co-design the client success journeyfrom vision to value using the blueprints, journey maps, and testable value hypotheses as a Solution Designer.

- Deliver engagements to agreed client scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assisting clients to achieve the expected ROI.

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Typically be involved in between one and two projects, including Pega, partner, or client-led implementations
- Deliver engagements to agreed client scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assisting clients to achieve the expected ROI
- Drive account hygiene (timely and accurate contractual documentation, Project Status Reports (PSRs), Engagement Status Dashboards (ESDs), forecasts, and A/R collections)
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client on all aspects of Pegasystems engagement, leading communication and providing thought leadership so that the best system possible is implemented
- Advise on Pegasystems delivery methodology and how this can be harmonized with a clients methodology; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to delivery
Who You Are:
- 9-12 years in consulting/professional services with 4+ years leading cross-functional engagements and/or product/program work; proven track record designing client journeys, conflict resolution, stakeholder mediation and landing measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in managing resources in Matrix or non-direct reporting structures
- Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and legacy modernization approaches
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships at multiple organizational levels.
- Executive-caliber written communication; storytelling; ability to simplify complex concepts into crisp narratives. Practical Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban); skilled in discovery-to-delivery orchestration and backlog management.
- Certifications (nice to have): PMP(preferred), PSM/CSM, PRINCE2, SAFe POPM/Lean Portfolio, Service Design (e.g., SDN)
What You've Accomplished:
- Translate strategy into action with MVP definitions, outcome-based road maps, and prioritized backlogs tied to OKRs/KPIs.
- Negotiate scope and priorities to protect outcomes while managing constraints; facilitate governance and issue resolution with senior stakeholders.
- Tell the story of value through executive-ready narratives, data-driven visuals, and compelling demonstrations that accelerate decisions and adoption.
- Coach teams on journey-centric delivery and help mature practices, templates, and playbooks that scale success across accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities through realized outcomes, adoption signals, and stakeholder advocacy; contribute to proposals and SoWs.
- Step up to play Scrum Master or a Pega Business Architect role as required
