Associate Program Manager- Learner Experience & Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager to support the execution of cohort-based programs and
ensure a smooth learner experience. This role involves handling learner queries, tracking
progress, and supporting day-to-day program operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learner Support & Communication
Act as a point of contact for learners for queries and support
Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups to ensure engagement
Assist in resolving basic issues and queries within defined timelines
2. Ticketing & Query Management
Manage learner queries via ticketing tools
Ensure timely responses and resolution
Escalate complex issues to the Program Manager when required
3. Cohort Operations Support
Support in day-to-day program execution
Help coordinate sessions, schedules, and communication
Ensure learners are informed about upcoming activities and deadlines
4. Data Tracking & Reporting
Maintain trackers using Excel / Google Sheets
Update data on:
Attendance
Assessments
Learner progress
Support in identifying at-risk learners
5. Coordination
Work closely with Program Managers, TAs, and internal teams
Assist in ensuring smooth program delivery and learner experience
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in operations / support / program coordination
Strong communication skills (calls + written)
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes
Detail-oriented and organized
Good to Have
Experience in edtech / learner support roles
Familiarity with ticketing tools or LMS platforms

Comfortable interacting with learners regularly
Willing to learn and grow in program/operations roles
