Associate Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead more than one program. Report the overall progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Control the cost of each program. Complete each program within budget, on time and at full quality
• Align the business, product and technology roadmaps. Plan the team work against them
• Gather requirements. Design solutions for complex business problems
• Work with stakeholders across functions to define and launch a program
• Contribute to the product strategy and to the detail of each product area
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, quality and business value. Maintain the risk, issue, assumption and dependency

• Own the cross-functional communication between the technology, business, product and quality teams
• Identify gaps in delivery. Close them with long-term solutions
  
  What do we need?
• • B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a Tier 1 college (IIT, NIT, IIIT or equivalent)
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
• • Structured thinking and a strong analytical approach
• • Good understanding of diverse business processes and of strategy development
• • Good knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
