Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) | Work From Office
Experience: Minimum 3+ years
US Rotational Shifts: 7:30/8:30 PM4:00/5:00 AM IST or 4:00/5:00 AM–2:30/3:30 PM IST
Working Days: 5 days/week (rotational) | Weekend availability required

We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to drive end-to-end online program operations, learner engagement, stakeholder coordination, and an exceptional learning experience for working professionals enrolled in global university programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own learner experience, engagement & escalations
• Manage learner interactions via email, tickets & calls
• Coordinate inductions, live classes, assessments & projects
• Monitor learner attendance, completion & satisfaction
• Identify at-risk learners and drive proactive interventions
• Work with internal teams, instructors & university stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and track key program metrics
• Manage cohort communication channels such as Slack

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required | Master’s preferred
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Operations or Online Education
Excellent communication & conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to LMS, Zoom, Salesforce, Slack or similar tools
Experience with global/US learners is a plus

Good to Have: EdTech/Executive Education experience + exposure to Data & AI or Technology programs.
