About this role
Duties & Responsibilities
Teaching the students as per INC and conducting examinations, evaluations and practical classes.
Facilitate student participation in community, professional & institutional activities.
Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the academic year and strategize plans for continuous development.
Conduct and participate in college-level meetings and attend various meetings in the University, INC and State Nursing Council.
Participate and execute responsibilities in various inspections at the State Nursing Council level, INC level and any other relevant regulatory bodies.
Liaison with the hospitals as per the guidelines of INC and ensuring compliance w.r.t. the student curriculum requirements.
Initiate and participate in research studies for the improvement of educational programs and faculty development.
Recognise the need for continuous education for self and staff and provide stimuli for opportunities for such development.
- Education Qualification: B.Sc. & M.Sc. Nursing
- Specialization: Community Health Nursing
