Associate Production Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production activities and meet production targets.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Operate or assist with production machinery and equipment after proper training.
• Perform basic quality checks and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, checklists, and reports.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Support supervisors and production operators in improving productivity and reducing waste.
• Participate in training programs and learn manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.

Preferred candidate profile

• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality concepts.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
