Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the product from conception to final release and ensure that it can handle the complexities of the business.
• Synthesise feedback, data, and company goals to develop a high-quality and clear product roadmap.
• Define, measure, and share critical metrics to measure the success of the product in the market.
• Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features that solve and create new opportunities.
• Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development, review, and adoption to facilitate and align a successful product/feature rollout.
• Regularly baseline and track usage and impact of the product on business and product metrics to recommend strategies to improve them.
• Partner with Leads on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in product management and business analysis.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather feedback and understand pain points.
• Strong analytical and data-driven instincts, comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL is a plus) to support decisions, not just relying on others' analysis.
• High ownership mindset with eagerness to learn fast in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Track record of following through on projects with attention to detail and quality.
• Clear written and verbal communicator, able to explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Genuine interest in technology and curiosity about the business/financial side of the product.
