Job Description Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite) PURPOSE OF ROLE The Global GenAI Team at Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) is tasked with building transformational products using Generative AI that enable us to drive productivity gains and efficiencies. We build high value products such as AB InBev’s in-house intelligence engine which aims to extract contextual insights and meaningful information from our enterprise data based on natural language queries. The derived data-driven insights are integrated in various business products in AB InBev and play a pivotal role in empowering our business users to make well-informed decisions regarding their respective domains. One such integration is an iOS app built for the CEO and executive audiences delivering real-time financial performance, daily sales, and business critical signals and enhanced by AI.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES • Own features end-to-end: Translate user and business needs into scoped requirements, write clear specs and acceptance criteria, and drive features from discovery through release. Operate across the full product surface (mobile + web) and keep delivery on track. • AI-Native Prototyping and Building: Prototype and ship working features using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code). Turn ideas into functional mockups, internal tools, and POCs without waiting on a full engineering cycle, closing the gap between PM intent and shipped code. • Fluency with modern AI tooling stack: Be hands-on and current with AI-assisted development and agentic workflows: automated testing, prompt design, LLMs, and MCPs. Know the strengths and limits of each tool and apply the right one to the job. • AI evals and benchmarking fluency: Design and run evaluations for AI features, build test cases and ground-truth datasets, define quality metrics, and benchmark models, prompts, and tooling. • Partner across a cross-functional team: Work day-to-day with Lead PM, engineering, data, and design. Coordinate handoffs and unblock decisions with problem-solving skills. • Design thinking established in First principles: Ideate with user-centric POV and validate with low-fidelity prototypes before committing to build. Champion intuitive, polished UX using tools like Figma Make. • Operate with rigor- Track quality through QA cycles and cross-platform (iOS/web) validation, maintain product documentation, and use data to measure adoption and outcomes. Comfortable working in a technical, fast-moving environment.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience of 2+ years as a Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst or Business Analyst, with a track record of managing stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Preferred (Good to have) Skills: • Experience in building business applications from grounds up. • Fresh MBA graduates or startup experience is a plus.
