VIP Personalised team at Shaadi.com provides premium matchmaking services through dedicated Relationship Managers (RMs). We are building AI-powered systems 🤖 that augment RM workflows — helping them identify better matches faster 💡, detect member dissatisfaction early ⚠️, and improve overall service efficiency. The Associate Product Manager (APM) will help design and launch AI-driven tools that improve RM productivity 📈 and customer experience ❤️ at scale. Key Responsibilities 🤖 AI Product Development

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey
• Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features
• Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities 🧠 RM Workflow Intelligence Build tools that assist RMs with:
• Member insights 📊
• Matchmaking signals 💘
• Engagement risk detection ⚠️
• Conversation summaries 📝
• Next-best actions 🎯 📈 Experimentation & Impact
• Define metrics to evaluate AI features
• Run experiments and iterate based on usage and outcomes
• Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product roles
• Strong analytical thinking 🧩 and structured problem-solving
• Experience working with data-driven products 📊
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams
• Experience working on AI or ML-enabled products
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications
• Experience in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or CX products
