Associate Product Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, execution-driven Associate Product Manager who thrives on high autonomy, quick execution, and zero hand-holding. In this role, you won't just manage backlogs or write user stories—you will own products end-to-end.

You will work across different product lines and business domains, identifying core customer pain points, shaping product strategy, collaborating with engineering and design, and driving clear business impact. You will leverage modern AI architectures and workflows to design next-gen user experiences, incorporating AI tools directly into your daily product strategy, research, and delivery operations. • End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full accountability for product features and modules from concept, research, and specification to launch, iteration, and scaling.
• Cross-Domain Adaptability: Seamlessly pivot and work across varied business domains, product lines, and operational models as business priorities evolve.
• AI-First Product Building: Design and ship AI-driven features, interfaces, and agentic workflows, navigating model capabilities, edge cases, and user experience.
• Execution & Velocity: Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-quality products rapidly with zero bureaucracy.
• Data & Impact: Define core product KPIs, establish analytics tracking, and continuously optimize for user retention, acquisition, and business growth.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on product experience in a fast-paced startup environment. (Open to exceptional final-year students or recent graduates from Tier-1 institutions who have built, shipped, or managed real products/projects).
• Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institution preferred (or an equivalent background demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability).
• AI & Tech Acumen: Track record or strong conviction in building products leveraging AI/LLMs. Hands-on experience integrating AI models, APIs, or AI tools into user-facing workflows.
• AI-Driven Strategy: Active usage of modern AI tools to accelerate product research, ideation, PRD writing, and rapid prototyping.
• Adaptability & Versatility: Ability to pick up complex domain contexts quickly and navigate ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
