Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities :

- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion across various customer touchpoints (homepage, search, recommendations, etc.)

- Drive initiatives related to personalization and monetization, including product discovery, ranking, and merchandising strategies

- Improve adoption and effectiveness of internal platforms such as segmentation and campaign tools

- Define product requirements, create PRDs, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions

- Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive decision-making

- Design and execute experiments (A/B testing) to optimize key metrics

- Collaborate with business, category, analytics, and marketing teams to drive product initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements :

- 2 - 5 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or analytics roles

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work with data and derive actionable insights

- Experience in defining metrics and tracking product performance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in e-commerce or consumer internet companies

- Exposure to personalization, recommendations, or growth/monetization use cases

- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

- Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
