About this role
What You Will Do
1. Product Development
- Write clear, complete product requirements: user stories, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and what happens when things fail.
- Work day to day with Engineering, Design and Business to move work from definition to live.
- Coordinate feature launches end to end, including release checks, communication and post-launch monitoring.
- Design and run A/B experiments with a stated hypothesis
- Own the quality of what ship
2. Customer Insights
- Live in the funnel. Monitor acquisition, onboarding, offer generation, approval, disbursal and post-disbursal steps daily.
- Build and maintain dashboards for these funnels, and track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Quantify leakage: find where customers drop, size the opportunity, and rank it against everything else.
- Write your own SQL queries rather than depending on someone else to pull the data.
- Gather and validate customer voice from complaints, support calls, app reviews and research, and turn it into defined problems.
- Define instrumentation requirements for every new initiative, before it is built rather than after.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year in product management / product analytics.
- Hands-on experience on SQL and Tableau.
- Hypothesis-driven problem solving
- Evidence of driving something from idea to launch, and of measuring what happened afterwards.
- Clear written communication, and the confidence to be direct with people more senior than you.
