Associate Product Manager

A fast-growing tech-led energy retailer is looking for an Associate Product Manager. You will work on core platform products that help businesses manage their energy operations and simplify complex workflows.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Development:

• Partner with engineering and design teams to build and launch new features.
• Understand customer problems and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Own features from ideation through delivery.

Workflow and Process Design:

• Translate complex business processes into intuitive product experiences.
• Design seamless workflows for customers across onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing usage.

Customer Feedback Loops:

• Speak to customers and participate in customer calls.
• Synthesise insights and convert them into actionable product improvements.

Data and Analytics:

• Analyze product usage and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with large datasets to uncover meaningful insights and drive decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with business, operations, engineering, and sales teams.
• Act as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a Tier-I institution (IITs, IIMs, BITS, NITs, ISB, or equivalent).
• At least one prior product internship or hands-on product experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Demonstrated ownership and execution capabilities.
• Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn about complex industries and business problems.
