What You?ll Do:

• 
  We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with a minimum of 2 years of
  hands-on experience in the field.
  


• 
  Be responsible for conducting market research, creating user stories and
  product flows, ensuring that products meet user needs, creating product
  roadmaps, and overseeing product development, testing, and launches.
  


• 
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and
  marketing, to launch, manage, and scale successful products.
  


• 
  Draw insights from user research, experiments, and industry trends to set the
  team strategy and prioritize projects that sustainably grow our customer base
  and drive the adoption of new products.
  


• 
  Develop strong functional intuition by interpreting and assessing business
  problems, needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a
  moderate level of guidance and direction.
  


• 
  Demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills, solve complex problems, and work
  closely with diverse teams, including Design and Engineering.
  


• 
  Be resourceful and know how to do more with less, with experience working on
  lean teams that have had a large impact.

  Take on big challenges and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  

Requirements:

• 2?4 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager (APM).


• 
  Ability to manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  


• Experience in creating product roadmaps.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• 
  Basic understanding of design principles to work alongside UX designers in
  creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  


• 
  Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient
  cross-functional communication.
  


• 
  Ability to engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather
  requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
  


• 
  Ability to utilize data analytics for market research to inform product
  decisions and strategies.
  


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
