About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the PM in translating GPM roadmap priorities into a structured, sprint-ready backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories are sized, prioritized, and unambiguous before sprint planning.
    • Track roadmap progress and flag deviations, blockers, or priority conflicts to the PM promptly.
    • Research competitive products, feature benchmarks, and industry best practices to inform roadmap inputs.
    • Prepare roadmap update decks, sprint summaries, and feature status reports for PM and GPM review.
    • Conduct structured user interviews, surveys, and usability tests with buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders under PM direction.
    • Synthesize research findings into clear opportunity statements, persona maps, and journey maps that the PM and GPM can act on.
    • Recruit and coordinate research participants across buyer, seller, and logistics partner segments.
    • Document and maintain a living research repository tagging insights by persona, theme, and feature area for reuse.
    • Support field visits and contextual enquiry sessions to observe how users interact with the platform in real operating conditions.
    • Write well-structured user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria, edge cases, and out-of-scope boundaries.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design during sprint planning to clarify requirements, answer questions, and resolve ambiguities.
    • Maintain requirement documentation PRDs, feature briefs, and flow diagrams in an organized, up-to-date state throughout the sprint.
    • Perform structured UAT against acceptance criteria for features before sign-off and go-live.
    • Raise and track defects through resolution, ensuring engineering closes gaps before features are released to users.
    • Coordinate day-to-day sprint dependencies across engineering, design, QA, and data teams on behalf of the PM.
    • Monitor sprint progress, identify at-risk tasks, and surface blockers to the PM before they cause delays.
    • Maintain JIRA hygiene: story updates, sprint board accuracy, release notes, and sprint velocity tracking.
    • Support the PM in running sprint ceremonies, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and following up on commitments.
    • Assist the PM in preparing go-to-market and feature activation materials in coordination with commercial and ops teams.
    • Define and track success metrics for owned feature areas in partnership with the PM: adoption rate, task completion, conversion, and error rate.
    • Build and maintain product dashboards in collaboration with the data team to monitor post-launch feature performance.
    • Compile weekly and sprint-level performance summaries for PM and GPM review.
    • Identify anomalies, drop-offs, or unexpected usage patterns in feature data and raise them with the PM for investigation.
    • Support post-launch reviews by preparing data packs, user feedback summaries, and improvement hypotheses.
    • Track competitor product developments, feature launches, and pricing changes relevant to Birla Pivot's platform.
    • Research market trends, buyer and seller behavior shifts, and emerging digital commerce patterns in the B2B construction space.
    • Prepare structured competitive analysis frameworks and benchmarking reports for GPM and PM consumption.
    • Identify white-space opportunities and unmet customer needs through systematic market and user research.
    • Support long-term vision inputs and GTM planning with well-researched, data-backed market context.
