Role :We are looking for an Associate Product Manager – Payment Operations to join our growing Payments team. This role is focused on ensuring smooth payment operations, reconciliation accuracy, issue resolution, and coordination with banking/payment partners .You will work closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Support and external payment vendors to ensure a reliable deposit and withdrawal experience for end users

. Responsibilitie

• msHandle reconciliation breaks and investigate mismatches using tools like Osfin or similar syste
• msCoordinate with banks, payment aggregators, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and operational follow-u
• psResolve customer payment issues related to failed deposits, delayed withdrawals, pending settlements, reversals, et
• c.Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify operational gaps and improve payment success rat
