Role Overview:
As the Online Associate Product Head, you will spearhead the digital product evolution for our high-growth proptech platform based in Noida. You will serve as the bridge between complex real estate market dynamics and seamless user experiences, orchestrating the end-to-end product lifecycle. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business leadership to translate market insights into scalable digital solutions. Your work will directly influence the company market share and revenue growth by delivering intuitive, high-impact features that redefine how users discover, transact, and manage real estate assets online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy to ensure our platform remains the market leader in the competitive proptech landscape.
- Oversee the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive user engagement and conversion to maximize business ROI.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product design process, ensuring that user-centricity remains at the core of every digital touchpoint.
- Analyze complex user data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing product funnels.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align product initiatives with broader corporate objectives, ensuring transparency and strategic synergy across departments.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale digital products, with a proven track record of scaling platforms from inception to market maturity.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps that resonate with both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in product design principles and user experience methodologies, with a keen eye for detail in UI/UX optimization.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence cross-functional teams and lead high-stakes negotiations with internal and external partners.
- A strategic mindset backed by 12 - 20 years of experience in product management, ideally within the consumer internet or fintech/proptech sectors.
- A degree from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong analytical foundation and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Noida, maintaining high levels of productivity and team collaboration.
