About this role
About the Role We are looking for a
Product Designer who goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces. We want someone who deeply understands users, can simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences, and partners closely with Product and Engineering to build delightful B2C products. You'll own the design process end-to-end from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, product flows, and PRDs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving product problems, thinks analytically about user behavior, and loves shipping products that move customer metrics.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for new features and products.
- Translate user problems into simple, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify customer pain points.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define feature scope and implementation.
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and experimentation.
- Work with product analytics to identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities for improving activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience designing digital products for consumer (B2C) applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects with clear problem-solving narratives.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences.
- Ability to think like a Product Owner, not just a designer.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, or collaborating closely on product documentation.
- Strong understanding of user journeys, customer behavior, and product metrics.
- Comfortable using analytics and user research to validate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
