Associate Product Controller

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with PL reporting and month-end close processes; Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, Receivables Management.
• Prepare balance sheet substantiation and support reconciliations (e.g., accruals, deferred revenue, intercompany).
• Deliver detailed analytical reporting to business managers and senior finance leadership.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.

  Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• 5+ years of related finance, accounting, or reporting experience
• Bachelor s degree with a concentration in either Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• CA /CPA / MBA Finance candidate preferred.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage working towards rigorous deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel, plus Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal control concepts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• ERP experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and strong general ledger familiarity.

• Primarily 2PM - 11PM shift, extending during critical business days

  Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Experience supporting card products, Card Connected Commerce, or comparable consumer finance businesses.
• Effective stakeholder management-provides clear status updates and responds promptly.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between discussion and execution across multiple projects.
