Associate Product Consultant - Reposite

In This Role, You Will

• Monitor the daily workflow of the Supplier Response team to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential issues.
• Identify RFPs that require new/more NMQR sends and prioritize them based on urgency and impact.
• Collaborate with the Trip Operations team to determine bad sends and implement corrective actions.
• Clean up unresponsive onboards within platform to improve the overall health of RFP responses and increase response rates.
• Collaborate with the team to implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
• Work closely with Kaitlyn to review RFPs and ensure they are healthy and on track.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to streamline operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify Trends
• Are certain categories converting at a higher rate? Is it easier to convert people who are onboard? Is there any content that is almost always viewed before a conversion? Any ideas for product-lead growth that we can add to the roadmap? Can we outline different membership tiers for the future?
• Playbook: Record and document all tasks in Wiki to create scalable processes and systems for U.S. and India based teams alike

Heres What You Need

• Bachelor s degree with strong academic credentials.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience supporting clients in the US, UK, or Australia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to AI.
• Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
