Associate - Product - Construction Finance

• SPOC for the LoB to address requirements from ORM, Audit, Compliance, Operations, Data Privacy, and Technology teams; coordinate discussions and documentation for process enhancements.
• Draft and manage Incentive Policies, SOPs, and process notes; obtain necessary approvals for implementation.
• Track business performance, non-performance, and incentive payouts.
• Maintain data, MIS, and documentation to support AOP planning and policy modifications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and notes for stakeholders, along with analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
• Provide data and documentation in required formats for reviews, audits, and management discussions.
• Track real estate market trends, industry developments, and relevant news; prepare proposals for product, policy, and process enhancements.

• Education: Graduate/ Post-Graduate
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Banking/ NBFC
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
