Role & Responsibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Automation, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, QUERY, data validation, and dashboard creation.
• Hands-on experience in building reports, interactive dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data scraping, data mining, and data research from multiple online and offline sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Python and Google Apps Script for process automation, reporting automation, and workflow optimization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable business insights.
• Good understanding of data management, reporting best practices, and maintaining high levels of data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
