About this role
Role & responsibilities:
Follow-up with suppliers for material delivery and timelines.
Coordinate with Purchase and suppliers.
Monitor material status and resolve casting delivery related issues.
Ensure timely material availability as per requirements.
Track the progess of casting, machining, foundry & heat treatment activities to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Preferred candidate skills:
2-5 yrs of experience as a engineer in Procurement follow up/ Expediting in engineering industries.
Must have experience or knowledge of casting, machining process, foundry processes and heat treatment.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of advance excel, SAP will be an advantage.
Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
BE in Mechanical Engineering
BTECH in Mechanical Engineering
