About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage procurement processes from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for goods and services.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of high quality products/services while maintaining excellent vendor relationships.
Job Requirements :
- 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement operations or a related field (e.g., SAP Ariba).
- Strong knowledge of German language (C1 level) is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.
- Experience with Purchase Order creation, processing, and management using SAP systems like Ariba.
- Proven track record in Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, and Procurement Operations.
