Associate Principal - SAP

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead for its SAP Planning - Delivery team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of supply planning and order-based planning (OBP) initiatives, from solution design and configuration to deployment, testing, and post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP IBP, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
• Deep expertise in Supply Planning and Order-Based Planning (OBP) concepts.
• Hands-on experience integrating IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Proven track record of delivering full-life-cycle IBP implementations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SAP IBP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - IBP) preferred.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of consultants/analysts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master s degree is a plus.

• Design and configure SAP IBP Supply Planning and OBP models aligned with business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including blueprinting, development, testing, and rollout.
• Integrate IBP solutions with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain master data, demand, and supply planning processes within IBP.
• Provide technical and functional support to resolve production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define planning strategies and KPIs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and junior consultants.
• Create and maintain documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and SOPs.
• Stay current with SAP IBP roadmap, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
