: Associate / Principal Engineer

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced

Team Lead to manage end-to-end project delivery and lead a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in .NET and Azure technologies, coupled with proven experience in team leadership, architecture design, and Agile delivery. This role is critical in driving the successful execution of enterprise applications while ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Drive

architecture and design discussions , providing scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Take ownership of

project planning ,

task allocation ,

code reviews , and

technical guidance .

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and

US-based stakeholders for requirements gathering and technical alignment.

• Set up and optimize

CI/CD pipelines ,

release processes , and

Azure infrastructure to ensure smooth deployments.

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using

.NET Core ,

C# , and

Azure Services .

• Ensure adherence to

coding standards ,

best practices , and

enterprise frameworks .

• Provide

production support and

post-implementation assistance , ensuring issue-free rollouts.

• Contribute to system documentation, design artifacts, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–14 years of hands-on software development experience, including

team leadership roles.

• Strong proficiency in:
• .NET Core ,

C#

• SQL Server – complex queries and stored procedures
• React.js – for front-end development and integration
• Git – version control and branching strategies
• Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, etc.)
• Experience working within

Agile/Scrum teams and managing sprints and delivery timelines.

• Excellent

communication ,

problem-solving , and

troubleshooting skills.

• Proven ability to handle

client interactions , lead

technical discussions , and manage

distributed teams .

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to

Azure Infrastructure setup , deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
