Job Summary
Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Functional Manager for HR and SCM. Experience: 12-16 years of ERP consulting, including 8-10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, especially payroll.
Must Have Skills
- End-to-end D365 FO HR implementations
- Strong payroll and Hire-to-Retire experience
- HR modules including recruitment, employee self-service, leave, performance, training
- Skills organization structure payroll and compensation
- Functional expertise in D365 FO and Dynamics AX 2012 R3
- System configuration, data migration and user adoption
- Solution architecture, fit-gap analysis and process mapping
- Visual Studio, LCS, Power Platform and Azure DevOps
- Leadership of large teams and global implementations
- Strong client and stakeholder management
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SCM processes covering P2P and O2C
- Inventory, warehousing, transportation, master planning and demand forecasting
- Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
- Azure Services and third-party integrations
- Multicountry and multientity rollouts
- MB330 certification
- Mentoring, workshop facilitation and client demonstrations
