Associate - PD Synthesis

Role & responsibilities

• Executing multi-step organic synthesis reactions safely and efficiently.
• Developing, optimizing, and scaling up robust chemical processes.
• Troubleshooting reaction steps and interpreting analytical data (NMR, HPLC, Mass Spec, TLC).
• Maintaining flawless documentation, lab notebooks, and adhering to strict EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) guidelines.
• Literature search, CDMO / API molecules

Preferred candidate profile

M.Sc Organic chemistry with 1-5 years' experience in Process Development (PD Synthesis) department.
