Associate, Payroll and Rewards Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the Rewards COE to align on processes and system-related requirements.
• Serve as the primary communication channel to operational teams across global locations.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless execution and program delivery.
• Lead Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations as well as support project initiatives.
• Handle queries from users.
• Participate in and support compensation and rewards survey submissions.
• Drive operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build automation and streamline processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1. 5+ years of relevant experience in rewards, HR operations, or a related field
