Associate - Payment Posting

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely posting to patient accounts.
• Review and verify payment details, including cash postings, lockbox deposits, and electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in payment processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide reports as required.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting or related field.
• Strong understanding of ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) process and ability to work with various payment types (cash, check, credit card).
• Proficiency in Cash Posting software applications such as [insert specific system names].
