Job Summary

The Associate/ Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, Should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems. Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization. They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization.
• They play a crucial role in creating customer loyatly and retention.
• Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organizations products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
• Incumbents at this level are entry para-professional who have little or no prior knowledge/experience.
• They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters.
• They follow basic written and oral instructions.
• They work under close supervision and communicate information that requires little explanation.

Qualifications

Typically requires a High School education (or equivalent) with 0-3 years of work experience.
