Associate - Operations Management

Responsibilities

• Act as voice of the customers in the organization.
• Gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization.
• Play a crucial role in creating customer loyalty and retention.
• Be well-versed on the technical side of organizations products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
• Follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters.
• Follow basic written and oral instructions.
• Work under close supervision and communicate information that requires little explanation.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a High School education or equivalent with no prior relevant experience.
